First of all, According to White (2006) in the Internet online community is really important things, mostly forming around email list, forums and also bulletin boards. In the communities has known the power of blog. Bulletin board systems and forums has been joined email lists as instrument that be able to describe people to cooperate around to has the same purpose to a place they can shared each other because has the same interest or history. The benefit blogging community the first which the blog will really different to other blogs, interactivity between readers and creates grabs attention. According to Skellie(2007) there were steps to building community. Firstly, pick a reader to become the designated expert on each topic, have a group chat with the readers to know each other, make a greater effort so the readers want to comment regularly, asking the readers for tips on your blog.

Blog community means community has being created with people who can share.Blog based community today is showing up in 3 major models with a broad variety; they are The Single Blog/Blogger Centric Community, the Central Connecting Topic Community and the Boundaries Community.

It is protected by Sudi Silalahi in 2006. Common people can express their feeling and give any message through the website. The message must be in the proper language and no bad words allowed. The owner holds all the control of the website such they can choose what comment will be post up and what comment will not be post up. So, for the essence point it’s a bounded community system.
