REFLECTION

I'm a business student and taking the communication subject.This blog is one of the assignment that compulsory to complate and by done this subject, i felt a lot benefit that i gets. In this blog, i can give my ideas and share my opinion for all people in this world. Honestly, this is my first blog that i make so this subject actually has increasing my knowladge regarding designing blog, and also about ethical publishing. I have a lot of research for doing this blog because I don't want to give an error opinion. According to Lanon (2006) suggest that is necessary to give an accurate and believable information.

Text and image is needed each other to convey the message to their audience ( Schriver 1997) . So, in my blog have a mix up of text and image to easier make readers understanding . Moreover, now i have knowladge about ethical publising in blog so in the future will not causes any problem for me and people who read my blog. I'm really appreciated becaue i have this good opportunity to study all the things about publishing. Hopefully, in the next opportunity , i be able to create a better blog that useful for a lot of people in the world.

BLOGGING REVOLUTION

Blog usually chronological order type of website arranged from the most recent post to the older post. Blogs for people is a tool to communicate their feeling and to write anything they want to write for their own country or outside world. According to Technorati there are 120,000 new blogs was created everyday that's mean 1.4 blogs was created each second of daily.

People use blogs for many purposes like for business, hobby, politics, to build group of people, to share any suggestion or opinion. According to Antony Loewenstein who is the journalist make a new book called Blogging Revoultion on six different countries. He suggest people to be more realistic of the power blogging . The reason because tools of technology revolution, people more update about any news happening. Ethical blogging strictly controlled by the goverment of Indonesia. Fellow in Indonesia limited to give an opinion to their goverment. Has one case in Indonesia, his name is Herman Saksono. He has ben investigated which in turn to caught, the reason is he did imitate picture of President Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Youdoyono, and the picture has been post in his blog. He threat of punishment 6 years on prison because he refuse to revoke the picture on his blog. Police show that Saksono article laws in Indonesia about insult to the head of state (President Susilo Bambang Youdoyono).

Freedom of speech is really significant in debate about blogging and blogs, According to London’s business oriented web site Silicon.com says that internet and technology actually presented for who wants to be constraint and who want to be liberated. China using blocking commucation. According to official Xinhua news agency in China communist Party’s Propaganda are manage and have closing down some open blogs. Even online bulletin board and MSN are controlled for any controversial political opinion and insightful words like freedom and democracy are prohibited. Censorship discussion has passionate up. Internet firms really strictly for some action like Google was prohibited by Chinese government required.

According to ABC news Tempo cover for the Febuary 4-10 edition featured a skecth of Soeharto. Tempo taking Jesus Christ cartoon combines the head with Soeharto at a tablesurrounded by his child.Moreover, Tempo apologized because bring outing a cover Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper becasue Christian's complaints about that and felt insulted when Tempo magazine comparing between Jesus Christ and His followers. His followers want Tempo to Tempo pull the picture from the cover. Actually, according to Hadad they didn't imply to offense the Christians and Tempo also assure that not happening in the future. Tempo apologized by subheading : We did not have any meaning of insult Christians. It's just encourage by painting of Leonardo

Readers attempt to figure the illustration of image ( Shriver 1997) . Readers need text for explained the image. So, the followers Jesus felt insulting becasue it against off them believes. Christian's in Indonesia felt that President Soeharto not good enough comparing with their God. Soeharto did corruption whereas Indonesia becomes poor country. We cannot simply using picture of religion cause it's a culture believe to people. Instead media publishing it's regulary happens. For that reason media must know the rules or any regulation before they make something . it's compulsory knowing people feeling , culture and also their believes. A good ethic should to post ethically and express a good opinion to avoid misunderstanding . Different people have a different opinion about image illustration because of diverse viewpoint ( Kress and Van Leewen 2006). In this issue Tempo be unsuccessful the reason Tempo not learn before they publish something and make followers Jesus unhappy.

Image is really illustrating a lot of message and meaning if there no text within. Understanding people about ine picture it's different. The image has demonstrated different meaning and point of view on different people. Depend how the readers undrestand the image by positive or negative perspective. For my point of view, Tempo magazine proper to apologize to followers of Jesus . It's because the picture causes unhappy and insulting Christian's.

Technology company number one is Apple on 27 January 2010 launch iPad in Yerba Buena Center, San francisco, California. Nowadays technology is an important need for people. Apple products keep their existence by create an amazing things . A combaining key component between iPhone and Macbook computers; furthermore it won't eliminate the function for either one. iPad is sleek,light,silver, and black tablet computers. iPad is a high tech tool for getting news , games ,web browsing ,sending an email , watching videos and movie,listening music, and reading e-books.

The new touch screen machine product which is iPad has the capability to change computer or laptop existance. iPad weight just 1.5 pounds which lighter ,thinner than laptop and just 0.5 inches thick.

Moreover, according to Steve Jobs ( Apple's CEO) says that iPad is the most advance technology in a revolutionary device and logical price. iPad much more fun , intimate compare to other Apple products. The technology iPad specs feature 12 built in, next-gen multi touch application, can work landscape or potrait,mechanically animating between sights as the user go around the iPad in any way.Other capabilities like watching movies, YouTube an Tv shows. iPad owed LED backlit put on view, which feature the IPS technology to transport crisp , safari, clear image and also consistent color with ultra wide,178 degree viewing angels. The high qualitatively of iPad is nit just an eBook, much more than iPhone.

Unfotunately many research that have been found out that iPad a lot of weaknesses. Presence of iPad looks like get a lot of critics because expected gadget lover not being fulfilled. There are the iPad weaknesses:

-no camera

-not multitasking

-tiny screen which 9.7 inch

-the battery not easy to changing

-not connected with television

However, iPad is a new tablet from Apple, a big size iPhone. They called like that , the reason is because has the same application in iPhone can using directly in iPad. Apple offer consumer to choose iPad with 140,000 applications in Apple store. You can use all the application without any modification, include enlargement screen to full screen . On the other hand, not all appearance suit with 9.7 inch screen. So, to solve that problem Apple provide softwaredevelopment kit. Maybe this product will make Apple bustle, beside that iPad got a lot of critics, iPad has a controversial cause have a design and name same with another compatitor. Although like that, iPad have an attraction itself, even iPad sales to 2 million since it launch.

In era globalisation, no slowing down in terms of technology. New progress and speed moved soo quickly. Politician must follow the technology for their bright future. Nowadays twitter is a media for politic battleground. The political battlegrould changing from blog to twitter. According to the Baio show that there twitter growth rate sped up drastically .

The effect twittering have found successfully for politicians. Using twitter to politician has an advantages which can helped or in other way can hurt his chance.Like President Obama pretty successfully plans with the social networking like twitter,MySpace,and Facebook. With the social networking help, President Obama capable to gather round larger and also gets huge fans. He has used twitter to promote the political program and message because nowadays people are tweeting everywhere. All people can read and give their opinion, debating even them can asking question. When the election day Obama increased 10,000 new friends, on the other hand McCain gained just 954.On twitter Obama has 118,107 followers whereas McCain's only 4942 followers. Politicians must have to find out what their choosers wants or needs.
